March 22, 2017Please find below very important information about traffic changes and construction on the Tangerine Road Project from the latest traffic alert and project updates.
Beginning Thursday, March 23 at 7 a.m. through Friday, March 24 at 4 p.m., Tangerine Corridor Constructors will be constructing the east median on Tangerine Road at the intersection of Tangerine Road and Dove Mountain Boulevard. Residents and the traveling public can expect the following:- Eastbound Tangerine Road, at the Tangerine Road and Twin Peaks Boulevard intersection, will be reduced to one through lane
- Traffic control will be in place 24 hours a day
- Expect delays
- Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction in front of the Fry's shopping center on Thornydale Road
- There will be no dedicated left or right turn lanes
- The intersection will not be restricted
- Flaggers will be onsite to direct alternating, one-way traffic on Tangerine Road
- Speed limits will be reduced to 25 mph in the work zone
- Expect delays

Beginning Tuesday, March 14, through Friday, March 31, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.each day, Tangerine Corridor Constructors will be constructing the north and south median at the intersection of Tangerine Road and Dove Mountain Boulevard. Residents and the traveling public can expect the following:- Northbound and southbound Tangerine Road at Dove Mountain Boulevard will be reduced to one through lane
- Dedicated left and right turn lanes will be maintained
- Traffic control will be in place 24 hours a day
- Expect delays
Please be aware of bicyclists and pedestrians in the area and ensure that dogs, horses and other animals are not in the construction zone to ensure the safety of all.
