He Only Takes the Best
A heart of gold stopped beating. Two shining eyes at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. God knows you had to leave us, But you didn’t go alone, For part of us went with you The day He took you home. To some you are forgotten, To others just part of the past, But to us who loved and lost you, The memory will always last.
Eulogy of Richard Hintze
Richard Hintze was a wonderful father, grandfather and loving husband.
My parents were married for forty six years and had three children and 5 grandkids. Dad’s family get-togethers with his two siblings and their families were memorable
Dad had a warm smile and a quick wit. He was very responsible and hard working and often had a joke to tell.
He worked as a phone technician for AT&T for 35 years. Later Dad drove a school bus for 17 years while in New York.
Here in Arizona, dad became a 4th degree Knight of Columbus and truly emjoyed many rewarding projects with his Brother Knights. Dad was a Eucharistic Minister as well as an usher here at St. Mark
