Equipment Collection Update

Thank You For Your Generosity St. Mark Parishioners!

On February 13th & 14th, St. Mark collected adaptive equipment and personal hygiene supplies which were donated to We Care. We Care is an organization that loans out adaptive equipment and supplies at no cost. Thank you for your great response! We collected:

2 walkers
3 wheelchairs
2 canes
5 sets of crutches
3 shower chairs
an electric bath lift
1 sock aide
5 bedside commodes
26 braces
2 reachers
1 C-Pap machine
a nebulizer
a vaporizer
5 foot boots
2 walking shoes
2 foot tubs

We also collected 106 packages of supplies ranging from adult diapers to ostomy supplies to catheters to bed pads. All will be loaned out at no charge by We Care to allow someone to remain at home with independence and safety. Also donated were 10 pairs of glasses and 3 sets of hear aides that will be given to the needy. We received one monetary donation that was given to We Care.
