1948 – 2019
 
Victor Cordova, 71, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2019.  He was born in Tucson, Arizona on September 28, 1948.
 
Victor was married to Amy Cordova on February 14, 2009. He leaves behind his children:  Joe Cordova, Samantha Carmella, step-daughter Melissa Pielow; four grandchildren:  Dillon and Sandra Carmella, Hannah and Asa Cordova; and two great-grandchildren:  Mia and Michael Carmella; and brother Willie Cordova.
 
Victor was very active at St. Mark Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and was a big fan of the Yankees and the Cowboys.  He had been retired for three years from Sun Tran as a bus driver.
 
Victor loved his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  He was a sports fan and loved football and baseball.  He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.   A funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at St. Mark Catholic Church, 2727 W. Tangerine Road, Oro Valley, AZ.
