Edwin Dean Leska

Edwin Leska passed away Monday, January 8^th 2018.  Ed leaves behind his children:  Sons Steve Leska; Scott Leska (Sarah); Daughter Donna Campbell (Jay); Sister Irene Cook (Doug); and Brother Alvin Leska (Barbara); Grandchildren:  Kody Leska (Savannah), Johnny Leska, Bailey Leska, Samantha Leska, Jairus Leska, Jenna Campbell, Gavin Campbell; as well as Step-Son William Newbold (Elaine); Step-Daughter Tammy Franks (Robert).  Edwin also has 5 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
Edwin was born February 15, 1945 in Sergent, Nebraska.  He previously resided in Gainesville, FL and Denver CO and was a long-time resident of Tucson, Arizona.  He was pre-deceased by his daughter Susanna Leska and his brother-in-law Richard Ellersick and his step-daughter Robin Newbold.  By trade Ed was a Master Diesel Mechanic and also loved woodworking, hunting and having coffee and wine with his friends.  He was always generous with his time and skills.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Services will be on Saturday, January 13, 2017 at 11AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 2727 W. Tangerine Road, Oro Valley.  Interment will be at the Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery - Marana.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Reachout Women’s Center, Tucson AZ.
